Organisational Development (Human Resources & Recruitment) The HR Lead is in charge of overseeing the end-to-end process of recruitment and coordinates with OD & Analytics team on the implementation of the OD initiatives related to job analysis (to come up with job description), promotion and succession planning of employees. QUALIFICATIONS:

• College Graduate; preferably bachelor's in psychology, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science or equivalent
• At least 3 to 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
