  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • With at least 1 year experience specializing in Customer Service, Collections, After Sales operations, and Accounts Management in the real estate industry
  • Applicants must be willing to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig City / Southwoods, Biñan, Laguna / Eastwood City, Quezon City
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with buyers on the whole collection process
  • Attend / negotiate on the request, inquiries and concerns of buyers
  • Preparation of accounts recommendation sheet, Memo & others
  • Monitoring of timeline process of Accounts for Bank Loan
  • Coordination with internal departments and tie-up banks
