• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Doctorate Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) on Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance, Marketing.
• Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Sales and Marketing, Upsell, Finance, Customer Service.

Responsibilities

Qualifications: Must be a graduate of Accounting or any Business related Course. At least 1 year of Leasing and Financing experience is a plus. Must be willing to work on-site With good marketing skills Must be good in oral and written communication skills With pleasing personality Must know how to drive a 4-wheel vehicle Specific Duties and Responsibilities Will be responsible for the overall performance of the branch Will handle the day-to-day operations of the branch including, but not limited to prospecting of new clients and servicing of existing clients; processing of loan applications; and ensuring that the branch meets its business targets/objectives Will handle coordination including visits with dealers/suppliers as well as Metrobank and PSBank branch managers/officers Will monitor compliance of the branch with company policies and submission of reports required by the head office To handle supervision and marketing operations of Butuan City, Agusan del Sur Primarily responsible for generating business for the Branch Unit Ensures that all branch employees conduct their daily activities in accordance with company policies and procedures Assists and reports to the designated Compliance Coordinator in ensuring that the branch complies within the provision of the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Program
