Job Title: AI Data Engineer Kinettix is the go-to global leader in providing IT field technicians and break/fix dispatches to U.S.-Based enterprises and managed service providers, anywhere, anytime. Job Description: We are looking for a talented AI data engineer to join our team at Kinettix. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, creating, and maintaining vector databases. The candidate should also be proficient in the RAG (Retrieval Augment Generation) pattern for prompt engineering and have experience leveraging Azure Synapse ETL pipelines to create vector representations of data during the pipelining process. Familiarity with using Azure Open AI and the text-embedding-ada-002 model to transform user queries into vector representations and query vector indexes is a must. Responsibilities:

• Design, create, and maintain vector databases.
• Work with the RAG pattern for prompt engineering.
• Leverage Azure Synapse ETL pipelines to create vector representations of data during the pipelining process.
• Use Azure Open AI and the text-embedding-ada-002 model to transform user queries into vector representations and query vector indexes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Experience designing, creating, and maintaining vector databases.
• Proficiency in the RAG pattern for prompt engineering.
• Experience leveraging Azure Synapse ETL pipelines to create vector representations of data during the pipelining process.
• Familiarity with using Azure Open AI and the text-embedding-ada-002 model to transform user queries into vector representation and query vector indexes.
