Job Description

The position will be responsible for a) Management of Terminals & Depots Operations b) Control of Product Loss and Gain Main Job Responsibilities 1. Managing the Company’s depots and terminals and ensuring that all activities carried out in these facilities are undertaken in an efficient, cost-effective, safe, and environmentally correct manner, striving for zero accidents. 2. Execute orders from Sales Departments and ensure timely delivery to costumers to achieve Sales Targets 3. Ensure stock control, maintain sufficient product inventories to meet daily demand and minimum requirements. 4. Ensure Terminal/Depot Operational costs are optimized and within Budget without compromising on operational standards, HSSE, and delivery/dispatch of Sales Orders while ensuring proper inventory management. 5. Develop and establish operating objectives, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency, minimize operating costs, protect assets, and ensure quality control. 6. Prepare and monitor budget for the Operations Department, checking each depot’s/terminal’s operational targets/KPIs and costs, reporting deviations. 7. Continuous training of terminal/depot staff to ensure Operational and HSE standards, zero loss time injury. 8. Select, develop, and motivate employees to ensure that the Operations Team is reliable and competent. Review individual performance and direct necessary training to ensure that goals and objectives are met. 9. Develop an Operations Training Module for IMs, AIMs, and functional staff Education & Experience: BEngg/MEngg with a minimum of 15 years of work experience including 5 years in a Senior position within the Operations department in the Petroleum sector. Excellent engineering and operations expertise of oil depots, terminals, and related plant and equipment including the ability to manage and train operating staff, developing and enforcing operating standards, and ensuring HSSE compliance. The candidate will also be well-versed in Inventory Management, related costing, monitoring, and controlling expenses so that they are within budget. Salary Range:600k to 700k #J-18808-Ljbffr
