Senior Sales Executive 30k to 100k

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and experienced CSR / Verifier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to accurately and efficiently verify customer information. Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service and support to customers over the phone and email.
• Verify customer information, such as name, address, phone number, and insurance information.
• Process customer requests and orders.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints.
• Maintain accurate customer records.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to accurately and efficiently verify customer information.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fixed Basic Salary: 60K to upto 100k + Commisssion Compensation and Benefits:
