Marketing Communications (Marketing & Communications) We are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to join our team as an Appointment Setter (Non-Voice) specializing in Email & LinkedIn Outreach. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients through email campaigns and LinkedIn messaging to schedule appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written communication skills, a strategic approach to outreach, and the ability to effectively convey the value proposition of our products or services through digital channels. Location : Philippines (Remote) Work Schedule : Graveyard Shift Salary : PHP 40,000 base salary + PHP 20,000 KPI Bonus = PHP 60,000 per month Requirements:

  • 3+ years email B2B sales content writer
  • Proven experience in email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, or a related field, with a strong track record of generating leads and scheduling appointments.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive email and LinkedIn messages.
  • Proficiency in using email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to execute outreach campaigns and manage leads.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to segment and target prospects based on industry, job title, and other relevant criteria.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team and across departments. 
  • Must have a laptop/desktop which meets the minimum qualifications:
    • Processor:
      • Core i5 or higher
      • RAM - 8GB or higher
    • Bandwidth Requirements Minimum:
      • Download Speed: at least 6 Mbps 
      • Upload Speed: at least 6 Mbps
  • quiet, private place  in your home where you can work without background 
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to engage potential clients and generate leads.
  • Craft compelling email content that highlights the benefits and features of our offerings and encourages recipients to schedule appointments with our sales representatives.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify and connect with key decision-makers and influencers within target industries.
  • Personalize LinkedIn messages to prospects, emphasizing how our solutions can address their specific needs and challenges.
  • Build and maintain a database of qualified leads and contacts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Track and analyze the performance of email and LinkedIn outreach efforts, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and content with overall campaign objectives and brand messaging.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of leads and appointments, providing relevant background information and context.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and changes in email and LinkedIn algorithms to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly quotas for appointment setting and lead generation through email and LinkedIn outreach.
