What does a day in the life of an SQL Specialist look like?
- Dealing with clients (business owners, users of software) and customers
- Identify and troubleshoot advanced technical problems, and provides timely and effective solutions to customers
- Working on data tools, and documentation for ticket runbooks and product feedback
- At least 3 years Technical Support (Troubleshooting)
- Strong knowledge of SQL syntax and troubleshooting logic (if, then, else conditionals).
- Proficiency in templating languages, specifically Jinja.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience with Zendesk, Slack, Atlassian Jira and Confluence, Zoom, and PagerDuty.
- Familiarity with web app troubleshooting.
