We are now seeking applicants to join our team in Taguig, Manila as a Compensation Analyst. The Compensation Analyst is responsible for preparing global cost projections and Letters of Assignment for SIRVA’s global mobility clients, working closely with client HR teams and third-party data vendors, and other global mobility professionals within SIRVA Global Operations. Individuals interested in this position should have a solid background in global mobility policies, understand associated costs and payroll services end to end, enjoy working with clients daily, and must be familiar with payroll systems setup and day-to-day processes required for expatriate payroll administration. Successful candidates will be responsible for the research, creation, and system configuration required to produce Cost estimates and letters of assignments for clients Functions and Responsibilities:
- Subject Matter Expert for the Cost Projections team responsible for training other team members in the cost estimate and assignment letter procedures
- Creates and delivers cost projections and letters of assignment for client’s HR teams, per client’s policies and deadlines
- Prepares and delivers standard and ad hoc requests per client schedule
- Subject matter expert in payroll services for international clients
- Creates and delivers payroll instructions for client’s local payroll providers before local deadlines based on compensation worksheet
- Works with clients’ tax providers when additional hypothetical withholding calculations are required
- Receives local payroll results and uploads gross to net pay results into the compensation system, creating the Payroll Reconciliation report
- Completes payroll reconciliations monthly – amounts instructed versus amounts paid locally
- Creates shadow payroll reports
- Collects additional compensation elements (non-payroll) from the client and their third-party providers for inclusion in the total compensation collection process
- Prepares and delivers total compensation reports per client schedule for review
- Answers queries from client teams, client’s third-party providers, and client’s tax provider; works with SIRVA Global Assignment Consultant to ensure assignee is alerted when changes to compensation will occur and that any changes are thoroughly explained
- Experience producing global cost projections (long-term, short-term, and permanent relocations)
- Experience producing compensation worksheets (or, at a minimum, an understanding of compensation worksheet preparation)
- Expert experience auditing and reconciling payroll results
- Experience working with third-party data providers such as ORC, Mercer, and AIRINC
- Proven customer service focus and collaborative working style
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
- Proficiency with Excel and ad hoc report writing tools
- Minimum 3 years experience working in a global payroll, global mobility, or auditing role
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree and/or global mobility specialty designation preferred
