- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- With at least 1 year experience specializing in Customer Service, Collections, After Sales operations, and Accounts Management in the real estate industry
- Applicants must be willing to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig City / Southwoods, Biñan, Laguna / Eastwood City, Quezon City
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Communicate with buyers on the whole collection process
- Attend / negotiate on the request, inquiries and concerns of buyers
- Preparation of accounts recommendation sheet, Memo & others
- Monitoring of timeline process of Accounts for Bank Loan
- Coordination with internal departments and tie-up banks
