Your new company You will be working with one of the emerging regional banks in the region as part of the project teams and contribute to the successful development of core banking platform Your new role As IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Liaise with internal stakeholder to understand their business needs and source for technological solutions to meet the needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess, recommend, and implement system upgrades or replacements to optimize banking operations
- Pre-empt and escalate any risks/ issues to management committee in a timely manner
- Provide tactical solution to business in case of tight timelines and collaborate with different stake holders to provide strategic solutions
- Project manager on the different topics allocated, manage end-to-end project on scoping, execution, testing and production.
- Working closely as first point of contact to all technology vendors
- Assist with user supports as needed
- At least 3 years of working experience in IT Project management.
- Experience in banking industry is a must, with good product knowledge in core banking, retail banking, loan origination or payments (SWIFT).
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Able to work as a team in a diverse environment
- Strong communication skills and senior stakeholder management skills
