Job Description

ServiceNow is currently looking for a high-energy, innovative partner marketing manager to support EMEA partners. This role reports into the EMEA Partner Marketing Director; and will run for a minimum of 12 months. What you get to do in this role: · Work with a defined and evolving set of partners, taking inputs from across the global matrix, to develop joint and partner led EMEA demand generation plans, defining ROI and reporting results back to stakeholders globally. · Support the EMEA Partner Marketing Office approving quarterly partner marketing requests and reporting results back to the business. · Manage the EMEA partner prospecting program, driving up participation rates and achieving quarterly sourced pipeline targets. · Work with Solutions Marketing to Investigate opportunities to engage with Partners in ServiceNow campaigns (EMEA and Global) ensuring closed loop lead process. · Work across the EMEA field marketing matrix to collate Partner marketing activities and identify best practices, with a view to scaling what works. Share findings with sales and global stakeholders · Build a strong stakeholder network across the ServiceNow matrix including with the Global Channel and Partnerships, Global Partner Marketing and EMEA field marketing teams. · Take part in relevant EMEA / Global projects to further enhance partner marketing operations

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:
  • Extensive B2B marketing experience, with a focus on partner marketing and working closely with global System Integrators and Service Providers.
  • A metrics mindset with data and analytics skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal
  • Strategic agility , creativity and strong problem solving skills
  • The ability to see the bigger picture
  • Strong prioritisation skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Team player with proven track record in working effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong ability to influence at all levels, internally and externally
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision
  • Bachelor's degree required
