Senior Turnaround Inspection Engineer

Job Description:

1. Collect all T&I input recommendations; work lists; and projects from the OME team and assemble them together in an organized scope of work.
2. Ensure preparation of detailed T&I schedules in the Critical Path Diagrams form and simple bar charts or with electronic scheduling software, such as Primavera, Microsoft Project, etc.
3. Ensure shutdown and startup details activities are incorporated in the Primavera schedule, including the systems and equipment release schedule.
4. Prepare lists of all expense project packages and ensure all required expense projects are developed and approved.
5. Lead contract procurement related to all expense projects.
6. Ensure the planned scope meets the EIS schedule.
7. Optimize the T&I schedule duration and cost.
8. Follow-up on material and contracts procurement.
9. Report planning progress to management.
10. Ensure the T&I within the defined boundaries of cost, schedule, and quality.
11. Develop T&I execution plans.
12. Facilitate scope of work meetings and scope of work challenges.
13. Prepare and issue comprehensive post-T&I reports.
14. Monitor accounting budgets vs. actuals for work requests, materials orders, etc.
