Responsibilities:
- Proactively develop and provide constructive insight and strategic advice to desk head based on accounts’ activities. To identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth of responsible accounts.
- Assist desk head on strategic planning of sales trading desk. Provide suggestion for team’s enhancement. Assist in launching new products or services according to team’s development.
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients, understanding their needs through active communication and providing them with tailored solutions or cross selling other products.
- Provide regular reports to, highlighting key performance indicators and recommendations for improvement.
- Working closely with internal departments and external vendors to address and solve issues.
- Provide sales trading and execution services for Hong Kong, China Connect, Asia and US market.
- Bachelor degree holder
- 5 year working experience in sales trading, preferably from top-tier brokerage or investment bank.
- Proactive and outgoing personality with strong desire to communicate with clients and internal colleagues.
- Strategic mindset. Ability to simplify difficult problems into solvable tasks that can be acted upon.
- Having algorithmic trading experience dealing with Hong Kong, Asia and US equity markets
- SFC type 1 license holder
