As a Finance Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in automating manual tasks, streamlining the reconciliation process, and driving process improvements. Your expertise in understanding user requirements, designing standardized templates, and utilizing automation tools will contribute to the efficient identification of discrepancies within financial data. Responsibilities: * Automate manual tasks and optimize the reconciliation process to enhance efficiency and accuracy * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user requirements and identify areas of improvement in financial processes * Design and maintain standardized templates to be used in the reconciliation process, enabling the proactive identification of discrepancies * Utilize automation tools, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and data analytics, to streamline financial operations and increase productivity * Perform data analysis and provide actionable insights to support decision-making processes * Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance, accounting, and automation * Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of process enhancements and automation initiatives Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field * Proven experience of 3-5 years within a multinational company, preferably in the insurance industry * Strong proficiency in utilizing RPA and data analytics tools to automate financial processes and drive efficiency * In-depth knowledge and understanding of finance processes, accounting principles, and financial systems * Ability to analyze user requirements and translate them into practical solutions * Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies and proposing effective resolutions * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels * Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in financial analysis and reporting * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
