Retail Distribution Hang Seng's Retail Distribution focuses on personal wealth management and financial services. Our one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers. With more than 290 branches and automated banking centres, including around 60 Prestige Banking Centres for our high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population in Hong Kong while offering an extensive range of products to our valued customers. We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Head of Network Management . Principal responsibilities

  • Initiate and formulate branch and self-service banking rationalization and implementation plan to improve the network coverage for business and customer growth, including branch renovation and enhancement projects to support the new sales & service model development and launch
  • Review business potential of branch network for both potential and existing sites covering lease and feasibility study of branch performance, and market analysis
  • Planning and implementing revamp plan on branch & self-service banking outlets for continuous uplifting of the bank's image
  • Leading the regular market intelligence research and effective use of space at branch & self-service banking sites and exploring innovative technology to align with the business strategies
  • Planning, monitoring and overseeing budget plan on branch & self-service banking renovation and system enhancement projects
  • Identify the gaps between systems/platforms and the desired work processes and carrying out re-engineering/innovation projects to improve self-banking services
  • Enhance system support and employing new technology to improve the operational effectiveness and efficiency
  • Channel optimization and strengthen the bank's competitive edge of extensive distribution network while maximizing the efficiency through innovative strategy and workflow redesign or re-engineering
  • Optimize the distribution network in response to market changes and new business initiatives
Requirements
  • University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience with knowledge of retail banking channel management and self-service banking system and multi-channel integration and digital tool integration are an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong project management skills with analytical mindset
  • Embrace changes and be adaptable to volatile and complex environment
  • Customer centric mindset and ability to manage complex interactions effectively
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
