Client Servicing Officer, Private Banking (Job ID 2140) Responsibilities

  • Be a team member of Private Banking Department
  • Provide first-class customer service which meet the standards / requirements / guidelines prescribed by regulators and the Bank
  • Provide professional and appropriate advice in the best interests of clients and with regard to their unique circumstances
  • Assist Relationship Managers in preparing credit proposals, amendments and reviews
  • Take clients' orders for securities investment and other banking products
  • Monitor remittance, loans and deposits, and securities investment transactions pending for settlement upon value day
Requirements
  • University graduate
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in banking (preferably private banking) and customer service
  • Passed the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination or an Exempted / Qualified Securities Dealer is preferred
  • Good knowledge of banking procedures as well as credit and investment products
  • Team player with strong presentation and communication skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus
