  What you’ll be doing Helping our partners do more good, through their Amazon Seller Central and Vendor accounts by supporting the business with client account management.. Qualifications are good to see but not essential. Conducting key client communication Understand, sense-check and document client objectives and communicate them to the wider business Communicate our strategy best practices to Clients and gain their support in executing our initiatives Work with Amazon Seller support and Vendor support when required Execute on the overall business growth strategy in partnership with Marketing Who you are Ideally, you’re an Amazon shopper yourself. You’ll have a positive, open mind and a keen ability to adapt and solve problems.   • Amazon Seller Central (SC) experience.
  • Amazon Vendor Central (VC) experience.
  • Amazon Advertising (AMS) experience.
  • Amazon Brand Registry (BR) experience.
  • Quick moving lateral thinker
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, true people person
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understands Amazon’s business model and how to leverage it for Client success
  • Strong network of Amazon contacts
  • This is an entry-level position, experience is desired but not required.
  What will my day to day look like? Your day to day will usually revolve around improving client performance, but may also include supporting our team with the occasional sales admin/office task. The typical Seller Central/Vendor tasks include:
  • Analysing Amazon sales and advertising data
  • Creating reports in Excel
  • Managing report automation with Excel and SQL
  • Understanding Amazon account performance and linking it to a clients long-term strategy
  • Account health reviews
  • Contributing to search optimised copy for Amazon listings
  • Communicating progress and strategy with clients
  • Working with 8-12 clients at a time
  • Analysing sales and performance data
All the key tasks our clients need completing to ensure we’re keeping them on track and helping them bring their best products to market. You’ll be working closely with business owners, but we’re all human and we know you are too - so we’ll support you with the freedom and flexibility needed to do your best work. Over the last 3 years we have achieved incredible YoY growth and this year we are already seeing very quick growth with an expected +120% growth in 2024 as we both expand our book of accounts and also reach incredible levels of performance with our existing clients. We need help to deliver this growth and we're looking for an ambitious and energetic Account Manager to get stuck-in helping our existing account management team deliver the incredible results we achieve for our clients.
