Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning

Responsible for the Supply Planning Strategy and Execution, having a key role in S&OP process to convert the market demand plan and strategic business priorities into a Supply strategy plan to maximize on time delivery and CX while minimizes overstock. Responsabilities:
- Manage Brazil supply planning process that includes to plan the short- and long-term production planning and capacity, material planning, and manufacture order execution.
- Develop and implement strategies and plans to continuously improve the supply chain E2E process and tools to minimize shortages, liabilities, excess of inventory
- Balance inventory and supply planning while maintaining targeted customer service levels
- Work closely with Procurement team to drive material planning to fulfill short and long term planning while keeping DOI under control and local production requirements
- Provide a supply confirmation/allocation by product, family and SKUs to Demand planners and Sales team, as well as address consumption of liabilities and reserves to meet inventory targets
- Ensure continue processes improvements to operate and leverage Customers Satisfaction.
- Manage all the CPFR – Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment activities with Customers and Partners.
- Work with Product team to set up new products that would be coming in the following periods to guarantee supply for the product readiness in the launch date.
- Work together with the global planning team to reduce liabilities over the process considering long lead time parts allocated to Brazil.
- Bachelor's degree, Business Administration or Engineering. MBA or further specialization recommended.
- Languages: Fluent English, Spanish highly recommended.
- Technology business and market knowledge, Global and Local Supply chain knowledge, ability to work with numbers and reports.
- Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
- Experience in MRP II (Manufacturing resource planning)
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Power BI, Kinaxis, JDA and ERP systems
- Good at statistics
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Experience of working in multinational companies, and local production requirements
- Previous experience related with Customer relationship, supply chain and planning activities.
- Experience in Tech industry is highly recommended but not mandatory.
- 10yrs + of experience in supply chain
- Strong experience with people management.
