As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our revenue management platform within the independent hotel sector. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with potential clients, showcase the value of our solution, and secure new partnerships. Your enthusiasm, sales acumen, and ability to forge strong relationships will be instrumental in fueling our growth and expanding our customer base. Job Description:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and target independent hotels as potential customers.
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, referrals, and industry partnerships.
- Conduct in-depth consultations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the benefits and ROI of our revenue management platform.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing and customer success teams to nurture leads and facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
- The candidate will be required to be on the field and actively engage in face-to-face meetings with potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the hospitality industry.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position our solution and differentiate us from competitors.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing directly to the company's growth trajectory.
- Provide valuable feedback from the field to the product development team, helping shape our platform's features and functionalities.
- Bachelor's degree/Master's degree
- Fluent in English & Malay, Malaysian Nationality
- Ability to use Microsoft Office, Sales CRM (SalesForce, Streak, Hubspot), and Virtual working desk management (Trello/Asana)
- Experience in a similar industry (SaaS Startup / Hospitality Startup preffered) at least 2 years
- Ability to close deals, strong negotiation skills, proven track record in achieving sales targets consistently
