Job details

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with PCs, powerful workstations, laptop hardware and software on-site and remote.
  • Configure & troubleshoot endpoint devices, operating system, desktop, and all IT hardware assigned.
  • Communicate with endpoint clients and vendors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

    • Provide day-to-day support and assist for end-users of Laptops, PCs or servers.
    • Support operating systems such as Windows & Linux.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot computer and general hardware issue.
    • Exercise independent judgement consistent with department guidelines / standards.
    • Organize and prioritize workflow and to meet established timeframes.
