Sales & Marketing Executive

DRB-HICOM UNIVERSITY OF AUTOMOTIVE MALAYSIA SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Location	:	DRB-Hicom University of Automotive Malaysia (KL Office)
Division	:	Sales and Marketing Department
Reporting to	:	Marketing Manager, Sales and Marketing Department

  Key Roles and Responsibilities  

1. Execute strategies for all marketing teams inbound and outbound including communications and creative.
2. Responsible for student admission target given by manager.
3. Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness. 
4. Working with the marketing manager to develop targeted sales strategies.
5. Achieve growth and hit target as set in the Annual Management Plan. 
6. Analyse consumer behaviour and determine customer personas.
7. Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share while being fully aware of new products and competition status and work closely with marketing manager.
8. Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features). (SWAT ANALYSIS)
9. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships. 
10. Leads projects as assigned by marketing manager.

Job Requirement:  

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business/Management or any related field.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in marketing, communications or public relations with demonstrate success, preferably in education sector.
• Good knowledge of sales, marketing, strategy and analysis.
