Job Summary: Seeking an Associate Quality Management System Support (IQA) to assist in IQA activities, analyze findings, and support QMS queries. Requires 3+ years' experience in SEPG or software environments certified to CMMI or ISO 9001:2015, familiarity with CMMI, ISO 9001 systems, and software development life cycles. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities are essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and developing IQA checklists based on assigned objectives and scope.
- Conduct IQA through desk-check and verification of artifacts from performed processes.
- Analyze evidence necessary for IQA, draw conclusions, and prepare IQA findings and observations.
- Communicate IQA findings to auditees and management and support follow-up verification of corrective actions.
- Provide support on user queries regarding Quality Management systems and processes.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a Software Engineering Process Group (SEPG) or in a software environment certified to CMMI or ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Familiarity with Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Development, software quality principles, and ISO 9001 systems.
- Knowledge of software development life cycles and related processes.
- Strong auditing and analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes of process issues.
- Ability to identify good practices and opportunities for improvement.
- Meticulous attention to detail with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centered disposition with good listening skills and patience.
- Familiarity with software and tools such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, JIRA, GitLab, Bitbucket, and Confluence.
- Experience in an agile development environment is advantageous.
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
