VP, Technology Risk Management, Third Party Risk Manager, EASRE Business Function: Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Responsibilities:

  • Operationalize Third Party Risk management framework (vendor governance and compliance framework, risk identification/ monitoring/ reporting, policies, procedures, standards) and exercise oversight of all third-party risk management activities.
  • Design, determine and establish Key Risk Indicators, implement risk control measures and best practices (e.g. Due Diligence for Third-Party Service Providers and Outsourcing arrangements).
  • Drive timely completion of third-party risk deliverables and resolution of key risk issues.
  • Perform assessment of third-party risk incidents, issues, and trends, communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience and provide advisory as Subject Matter Expert (e.g. For new product applications, outsourcing of services and engagement of third-party vendors and service providers).
  • Cultivate and promote a strong third-party risk culture.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience with third party risk management, vendor and procurement risk management with strong technology background.
  • Hands-on, independent, delivery focused and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and influencing skills required to drive active and robust stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience with working with Technology Vendors is preferred.
  • Preference for someone who is administratively strong and organised.
  • Willing to roll up sleeve and get the job done.
