Enterprise Data Lead (Programme)

Summary: ECMS is a specialist advisory and consultancy company with a strong track record of delivering complex regional change and transformation programmes for enterprise clients. This is an exciting career-defining opportunity for an experienced Enterprise Data Lead. The successful candidate will drive the middle office data migration, management, and strategy for a large scale financial platform integration covering multiple APAC markets, their regulatory complexities, and multiple operational frameworks. Role Responsibilities: • Lead the data workstream including managing the tasks and outcomes of the Data analyst team • Coordinate across multiple vendor teams and solutions to meet objectives and milestones • Define the To Be" state with a well thought out Target Operating Model for data flows • Work with Change team to drive process re-engineering • Deliver accurate data configurations and best practices for new systems • Execute a robust testing framework including user acceptance for parallel and production environments to meet platform Go-Live • Contribute to steering committee meeting updates • Put in place and maintain project documentation that will support steering committee decision making • Representing the data work stream in coordination with other cross functional project streams Required skills: • Degree educated in a relevant discipline • 10+ years of experience with enterprise financial data analysis and processing (market data, reference data etc) • Strong understanding of trade life cycle from front to back office • Strong financial markets experience, preferably within asset or investment management experience • Strong understanding of Investment Management systems from enterprise vendors such as Bloomberg, BlackRock, Simcorp, etc • Ability to identify risks and make recommendations to mitigate configuration errors • Excellent leadership skills and communication ability • Strong attention to detail and problem solving mindset
