J'accompagne aujourd'hui un groupe international spécialisé dans les métiers de l'environnement dans le recrutement d'un(e) Technicien(nes) Finances et Tresorerie.

Your responsibilities :

- Reconcile bank accounts (different structures and complexities);

- Enter and post CB journal entries and transfer entries to general ledger;

- Work with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable department on weekly transaction listing of unreconciled items;

- Investigate reconciliation issues or discrepancies with other stakeholders Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/Controllers);

- Develop continuous improvement of reconciliation tools and methods;

- Initiate funds transfers and bank transfers;

- Produce and maintain internal banking data.

- A BAC in accounting or finance, or equivalent, is required;

- 3 years' experience in a similar role (preferably in treasury), including at least 2 years' experience in bank reconciliation.

- You are familiar with MS Office, (Word, Advanced in excel) Microsoft Dynamics 365 (would be an asset)

- Bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken;

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

- Excellent communication skills;

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;

- Excellent understanding of the bank reconciliation process;

- Proactive attitude, autonomy, initiative, sense of responsibility and ownership;
