LHH is currently recruiting a Litigation Legal Assistant for a prestigious law firm client in Charlotte. This legal support professional will assist assigned attorneys in the firm\u2019s business litigation practice. Position will start off onsite, but may offer a hybrid onsite/remote option after training period. Responsibilities

  • Scheduling the calendar of activities of attorney, including depositions and client meetings
  • Opening matters; set-up and organization of electronic files
  • Time entry assistance
  • Composing, transcribing and editing of correspondence, discovery documents, pleadings, motions and other materials
  • E-filing with state , federal and local courts
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting business litigation attorneys
  • High proficiency with MS Office package
  • Experience in all phases of the litigation process
  • Superior document production skills
  • Strong writing and editing experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
