Business Analyst II

Pay: $49/hrLocation: Mississauga, Ontario - HybridDuration: 9 month contract We are partnering with a retail conglomerate to hire on a Business Analyst II to support their Supply Chain Product Management Team. Responsibilities:Directly interface with various business units and subject matter experts to understand their business needs, focusing on identifying issues with existing applications and potential areas for optimization.Create and Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, systems, and business requirements.Participate in writing test cases and conducting rigorous testing to ensure the effectiveness of new features and updatesEducate business as well as 3rd parties on IT processes and compliance requirements. Be the champion for following the 3rd Party Playbook process.Support the SSP process by understanding and documenting the technical aspects of the solution.Liaise with technical associates and external parties, if necessary, to accurately document the solution in the SSP.Ensure that the solution is properly installed on the companies network and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.Maintain and update the solution with the latest versions, ensuring technical compliance with the companies' standards and policies.Support technical controls assessments (TCAs) to evaluate the solution's technical controls and security measures. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering or a related fieldProven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a supply chain or product management roleStrong understanding of technical aspects related to supply chain solutions, such as network connectivity, data transmission, data storage, and access permissionsAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external parties.4-6 years of Business Analysis experienceProven ability to multitask and manage multiple project deadlinesStrong written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, must be extremely detail oriented with the ability to document technical information accuratelyPrevious experience with JIRA, Confluence, WireframingUnderstanding of Retail/ Transportation/Agile/ PMP/CBAP is an asset
