About The Role In this dynamic leadership role, you will steer our Customer Relationship team, nurturing significant customer partnerships and enhancing PEXA’s brand. You’ll strategize to uplift customer satisfaction and team performance, ensuring our services align with market needs and company goals. What you'll be doing
- Spearhead customer engagement strategies to foster loyalty and market share.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships, anticipating and addressing customer needs.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing customer relationships team.
- Drive revenue and growth by implementing innovative market and customer strategies.
- Represent PEXA’s values and brand through various engagement channels.
- Manage key accounts, ensuring exceptional service and relationship maintenance.
- Collaborate across teams for cohesive customer experiences and issue resolution.
- Proven leadership with a knack for managing diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of the Property Legal Services Sector, preferably conveyancing.
- Strong strategic planning, account management, and change management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Capacity to influence, negotiate, and foster business growth.
- Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel as needed.
