Senior Technical Business Analyst Services (12-24 Month Contract)Location: Victoria/HybridStaffing Placement OpportunityREQUIREMENTSRespondents should only propose candidates who have been pre-screened and who, at minimum, meet all education, experience, and requirements listed below. Candidates who do not meet this minimum will not be considered.1. Education:- Undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.2. Experience:- Minimum 5 years of experience working on IT projects as a Technical BA, more is preferred.3. Candidate Requirements:- Ability to work along side Technical Project Managers to supply Business Analysis services for multiple concurrent infrastructure projects & initiatives.- Schedule, plan, and lead requirements gathering and review meetings in development and documentation of Business, Functional and TechnicalRequirements- Work with stakeholders and technical team members to map, analyse, and document business processes.- Create process workflow diagrams.- Contribute to program planning and execution.- Develop, track, and report on IT Infrastructure and Network metrics, includingKPIs, and other key metrics using data analytics tools.- Assess options for process improvements, including business process modeling.- Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations.- Contribute to final solution design by identifying data, functional, and non- functional needs.- Establish a structured approach with Operations staff to align with change controlprocesses to ensure efficient end to end delivery of updates and changes.- Liaise with testing team to define and execute system testing such as load, integration, failover.- Coordinate system testing.- Liaise with business stakeholders and support teams to develop and execute UserAcceptance Testing- Excellent communication and group facilitation skillsConsideration will be given to candidates with experience with one or more of the following technology areas in the following order of importance:1. Microsoft M365 (OneDrive, Outlook Cloud, SharePoint, Teams)2. Network design/refresh projects.3. Distributed cloud initiatives: IaaS, PaaS, SaaS4. InTune SCCM5.
