What are we looking for? We are looking for a Project Manager. Comply with the business model, providing a bankable EPC contract and excellent assets with COD on time, high performance, and the defined IRR. What challenges will you face?

• Plan, monitor, and manage the EPC project scope, program, budget, staff organization, quality, and contract conformance throughout the procurement and construction stage.
• Manage and coordinate integrated working of project workstreams i.e., construction management, technical management, project controls, investment, procurement, HSSE, quality assurance, and legal.
• Manage compliance with the Atlas Project Model processes and reporting.
• Ensure techno-economic optimization of the project outcomes.
• Ensuring implementation of change, quality, risk, and HSSE management procedures.
• Manage contract claims and change order requests.
• Approve project documentation.
• Manage project compliance with applicable laws, regulations, codes, and standards.
• Manage communication and coordination between project stakeholders – internal & external.
• Negotiating service provider and equipment supplier agreements and EPC contracts.
• Resolve issues by coordinating and integrating the activities of internal functions (such as finance, engineering, product quality, and project teams) and external parties (such as contractors and subcontractors).
• Lead coordination of development and construction efforts with interconnecting utilities.
• Lead coordination and support of internal project financing and accounting efforts.
• Manage project handover between EPC and O&M

• 10+ years of experience in similar positions in terms of responsibilities and disciplines in projects
• Industrial, Electromechanical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related or equivalent experience
