WHO ARE THE PEOPLE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?- Students or recent graduates of computer science or candidates with a master's degree in other fields, who would like to develop in IT area
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Available at least 32 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
- Motivated to join a program for 1 year and willing to grow with us afterwards
- Quick learners focused on personal development and improving their technical knowledge
- Helping create an overview of software environments through data
- Working on optimization of existing and new solutions
- Cooperating with internal and external stakeholders
- Working on development and maintenance of BI solutions
- Ensuring appropriate storage, update, and delivery in the Data Warehouse
- Working on collecting, analyzing, and integrating data
- Improving data quality and structure data flows
- Working on data modelling
- Initial 6 weeks of business, technical and soft skills training before joining a team. Plus an additional 2 weeks of training throughout the year
- Join an experienced, agile team
- Work on real business tasks
- Mentorship, support in personal development, and frequent feedback
