Hi, I’m Ross, VP of Operations here at Panoptyc. We help convenience store and micro market businesses fight theft that’s affecting their profits. Through a combination of AI software and expert video investigators, we review CCTV footage to identify and flag potential theft incidents so operators and business owners can report and prevent it from happening again. Even with our amazing software it takes a large team of expert video reviewers and investigators to be sure we only flag genuine theft incidents. We’re head quartered in the US with a team of around 10 people. We’ve got over 200 video investigators who all work remotely, reporting into approximately 20 team leads. Our video investigators and team leads are in the Philippines and we’re expanding our global team footprint as we seek someone from Eastern Europe or South Africa to join us in this crucial role . Here’s a quick video that explains what we do: You could think of us a bit like a call Centre operation, just without any calls! Or a business process outsourcing Centre, only in our case, the process is video investigators reviewing CCTV footage. We’re growing fast and we need someone to come in and help us optimize and lead our approach to hiring and talent management. That’s where you come in. With experience in a range of recruitment approaches including working with sourcing partners, recruiters and hands on recruiting yourself you’ll be excited at the chance to really take ownership and help us to grow efficiently with great hiring processes and partners (like JobRack!) As a Head of Talent , the purpose is to lead the company’s recruitment efforts, playing a pivotal role in their expansion. Key responsibilities: 🧾 Leading the recruitment strategy and execution, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring plans. 📦 Developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent. 📑 Conducting thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, skills evaluations, and reference checks, to ensure the selection of qualified candidates who align with their company values and objectives. 💼 Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. 📊 Collaborating with HR and departmental leaders to develop and implement talent development initiatives. Working Hours ⏰: You'll need to have a couple of hours overlapping with US EST and PST. To excel in this role, you need to have: ✅ At least 3 years of experience in recruitment. ✅ Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software. As the Ideal Candidate, you should be: ✅ Adept at interpersonal communication. ✅ Possess excellent organisational and time management abilities. ✅ Skilled in multitasking and prioritising tasks effectively.
