Regional FP&A Director (US MNC)

The Company My client is an established US MNC and a leader in the Infrastructure based business. Keen to hire a highly driven and confident FP&A talent to oversee an Asia portfolio. The successful candidate is a self-starter, hands-on and an excellent communicator with an ability to work independently under pressure. Regional / International experience required. Budget SGD 19,500 - SGD 21,500 per month + bonus Requirements

• More than 10 years of solid Regional FP&A experience in global MNCs, familiar with matrix organization and high intensity environment
• Ability to be hands-on as an individual contributor / manage a small team (1-2 headcount)
• Track record in working with international stakeholders, excellent communication and business partnering skills, assertive with good influencing skills
• Highly detailed, sensitive to numbers, self-starter, independent and a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with infrastructure based or complex business and/or experience in supporting Acquisition / Investment teams can be a value-add

Job Scope Reporting to the Head of Finance (based in US) and dotted line to Head of Asia, you will be responsible in managing the Asia FP&A function and working alongside global counterparts and senior executive team. You will work in a very lean set up where the ability to be hands-on and working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment can be expected. You will deliver accurate and insightful analysis on regional financial results and business performance. You will drive budgeting and forecasting activities, long-range planning, challenge assumptions, and provide financial support in strategic decision making & acquisition/ disposal processes. You will also drive profitability analysis, evaluate and suggest cost management opportunities, and ensure proper data governance within the region. This position will be a key business partner to the regional executive team, and will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders from investment, acquisition, portfolio management, operations, sales, engineering, legal, HR and so on.
