NES is looking to hire a 360 consultant (Permanent hires) for our Oil and Gas business in our Bahrain office! Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly conducts analysis of industry publications and information sources in order to identify existing, new and emerging project or operational opportunities.
- Establishes and builds key strategic client relationships through meetings and presentations, whilst identifying and progressing client leads
- Acts as brand ambassador for NES Global Talent, working to build a personal brand/profile within target sectors, through coordinated PR, marketing, white papers and sales campaigns.
- Regularly interacts with wider team to assess leads and generate or attend decision maker meetings with new client prospects
- Engages delivery team to demonstrate early proof of concept and / or build out a delivery plan for more complex accounts in order to remove uncertainty and accelerate the closing process.
- Supports the RM/OM/OD in developing and executing the annual and 6+6 budget submissions for their sectors using historical performance data and sector knowledge (i.e. prevailing market conditions, new pipeline and ending projects and staffing plan)
- Maintains a sense of urgency in controlling the client buy cycle and engaging legal resources to address contractual negotiation in a timely manner.
- Lead by example and support team on utilization of Bullhorn to drive standardization of sales methodology, specifically leads and opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4+years' of business development experience and must possess client relationship building skills
- Strong Perm recruitment experience ideally within Oil and Gas industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
