Our Accounting department is looking for a knowledgeable and reliable individual to join us as an Auditor. You will be primarily responsible for conducting audits as per the government norms and regulations. Besides, you should be able to review our financial documents, and receipts and check the same for accuracy.  You should be able to develop and implement auditing objectives. Also, you should be able to examine the company’s assets and liabilities and suggest improvements. In addition to this, you should be able to develop effective strategies to reduce the financial risks faced by the company. As an Auditor, you should have complete knowledge of the industry practices and procedures. Moreover, you should possess excellent mathematical skills and the ability to think critically. Your ability to handle stressful situations and maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information will be advantageous.   • Examining the company’s assets and liabilities 
  • Checking if the details mentioned in the financial reports, documents, and receipts is correct 
  • Conducting in-depth research to check for any discrepancies and suggesting improvement measures 
  • Developing the plans and objectives for conducting audits 
  • Planning and implementing internal audit and risk management procedures 
  • Preparing and presenting audit findings to the senior management 
  • Ensuring compliance with the government policies and practices at all times 
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best auditing practices 
Requirements 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 
  • 2-3 years of experience as an Auditor or a similar position in the Accounting department 
  • Complete knowledge of the accounting practices, procedures, and current regulations 
  • Familiarity with auditing software like Netwrix Auditor, Diligent Compliance, and SiteDocs 
  • Excellent analytical and research skills 
  • Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills 
  • Good communication skills 
  • Ability to handle stressful situations 
  • Having an eye for detail 
  • Good time management and organizational skills 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively 
  • Displaying reliability and integrity 
  • Excellent critical thinking skills
