The CCC is required to greet customers warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling. The CCC also needed to assist customers with their inquiries. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Professionally Interact with customers via voice (end-to-end handling of calls) and non-voice channel (live chat transactions) as part of inbound and outbound function to provide information and assistance - Escalated complaints or requests via Service Requests & Trouble Tickets Cross-selling of all products and services including all upgrades for products & packages - Spin-gating attempt for customers who request to downgrade their packs Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service - Undertake any other duties as and when assigned by the Management You will be accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals REQUIREMENTS: - SPM/Diploma/Degree - Experience in customer service roles is desirable. - Past working experience in contact/call center is encouraged to apply - Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia - Personality traits – Good attitude, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, ethical, and goal-focused - Customer service skills – Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasive, immaculate telephone manners, and communication skills - Stress tolerance and ability to work under pressure - Able to work on public holidays, and weekends (ROTATIONAL SHIFT BASIS; 9AM - 9PM)- Able to start immediately- Job Type: Full Time, Contract
