Job Summary

The candidate will lead our digital communications efforts, aiming to drive brand awareness, engagement, and reach. This role requires an individual who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, capable of leading a broad range of Marketing Communications activities such as SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing & Trade events. Knowledge of running campaigns for B2B organizations is a must. This role sits in the Corporate Communications function and will include an element of Internal Communications as well. This is a contractual role for a duration of 8 months, candidate can be based in Malaysia or Philippines and supporting India Market remotely, reporting to the Communications Director based in India.

What you will do

As a Marketing Communications / Corporate Communications Manager, you will: Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that promote the company and its products.
  • Create a digital marketing strategy aligned with the organization's overall marketing plan.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor the ongoing company presence on search engines.
Content Marketing:
  • Develop a content calendar and coordinate with the relevant external partners for content production.
  • Measure and analyze the performance of content across various channels.
  • Manage and grow the company’s presence across blogs, X, LinkedIn, FaceBook and other strategically relevant online channels
  • Develop social media campaigns aimed at increasing engagement and conversions.
  • Knowledge and experience of driving sustainability related campaigns is an added advantage
Email Marketing:
  • Design, build, and maintain the email marketing calendar, with a focus on driving leads.
  • Test, analyze and report the performance of email campaigns.
  • Utilize analytics tools to evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Provide monthly reports on digital marketing activities and their ROI.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Automation to design campaigns that cover the entire customer journey
Trade events:
  • Work with stakeholders to identify key trade events for participation
  • End-to-end planning and execution, with clear objectives and measurable outcomes
Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, PR and other functions to ensure integrated campaign success.
  • Partner with all external agencies to deliver the best outcomes on campaigns
  • Internal Communications and PR (support)
  • Plan all Marcomms activities in a way that includes PR & Internal comms
  • Support large scale Internal comms activities

We believe you have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Communications.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a ‘Getting Things Done’ disposition
