Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings screening & filter resumes scheduling interviews and conducting initial candidate screenings. 2. Maintain & building good relationship with university to streamline the recruitment process for internship students 3. Assisting in the onboarding process for new employees by preparing documents facilitating orientation sessions and etc. 4. Maintaining accurate and uptodate employee records and filing of HRrelated paperwork such as employment contracts and etc. 5. Assisting in organizing and coordinating employee training sessions workshops and development programs. 6. Responsible to handle payroll calculation using autocount system. 7. Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures keeping abreast of relevant legal requirements. Requirements : Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field.
