Green Building Consultant/ M&E Engineer/ Energy Modeller
- To conduct Energy Modelling using IESVE or HAP software
- To understand the requirement of Energy Modelling for different Green Building Tools such as Green Mark, GreenRE, Green Building Index, LEED etc.
- To understand in depth the M&E system and to be able to optimize the system based on the energy modelling result.
- To attend to any meeting pertaining energy modelling
- To attend to other work as instructed by the management
- Fresh graduate or experienced M&E consultant (minimum 1 year working experience) will have added advantage.
- Degree in Engineering or Architectural or Environmental Science
- Responsible towards finishing the assigned task on time
- Passion in building/ construction sector
