Role:
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
- Resolve user hardware and software issues, ensuring seamless operations
- Manage site-to-site connectivity, VPN setups, mobile device integration and coordinate with vendors as needed
- Ensure the implementation of robust security measures and backup protocols to secure data and systems integrity
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (CS) or related field; certifications such as CCNA/ MCSE is a must
- 5+ years of experience in IT systems and network management, with leadership responsibilities preferred
- Expertise in IT systems and network management
- Effective troubleshooting to minimize disruptions
- Communication and analytical skills
