Manager In-House Pharmacy

Fatima Memorial Hospital is a 470 bed, multi-specialty, tertiary care teaching institution offering state of the art clinical services in several surgical specialties. The Operation Theater (OT) Complex consists of ten operation theaters with a Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD). In view of the rapid growth in surgical services, it requires the services of the following: Manager In-House Pharmacy: Pharm-D and having at least 05 years of managerial experience in a Hospital/Health Care establishment. The incumbent reports to Deputy Director Corporate Business, and will be required to manage in-house pharmacy operations, monitor service, support audits, prepare areas for quality management, and collaborate with healthcare providers to streamline in inpatient services, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Manager In-House Pharmacy will be entrusted to assist HOD Supply Chain in formulary maintenance, vendor selection, inventory management, and participate in medical/surgical services committee meetings. Strong management and interpersonal communication skills are desirable. Candidate should be a team player with proficiency in Health Management Information System (HMIS)/ MS Office.
