About the job Creative Director Client company introduction: The client company is a one-stop shop for every online media and marketing solution. Position: Creative Director Responsibilities:
- Leading and guiding the overall strategic direction of the social media offering within the agency.
- Ensuring a superior quality of communication and project delivery from the Integrated Communications and Content team
- Developing robust, integrated social media strategies that drive engagement and advocacy for brands
- Conjointly working with the clients & partner agencies to ensure better coordination during IMC campaigns
- Assigning daily tasks to the Integrated Communications and Content Team members & keeping a progress check to ensure timely executions of all the assigned work
- Providing on-site training to the Integrated Communications and Content Team members to keep them updated with the latest trends in the industry
- Leading & representing the department in pitching new clients for the company
- Responsible for all the content churned out from the department & proactively adapting new and innovative content formats as they are introduced
- Responsible for all the campaigns/ plans shared by the Integrated Communications and Content Department from planning to the execution
