  • Craft and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, in alignment with the company’s objectives, to drive revenue growth across all
  • Identify key growth areas and opportunities in current and potential markets, tailoring strategies to regional
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a global sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary training and
  • Establish clear sales targets and KPIs for the team, regularly monitoring performance and initiating corrective actions where
  • Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and position our solutions
  • Collaborate closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure a cohesive go-to-market
  • Provide feedback to the product and engineering teams on client needs and market
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Present regular sales reports and analyses to the executive team, detailing sales performance, growth projections, and areas of concern.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts, leveraging this knowledge to adjust and adapt sales
Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent would be
  • At least 5 years’ of proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within the software.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving significant sales growth and leading high-performing
  • Strong understanding of the software industry and the specific dynamics of the regions (Pakistan, North America, GCC).
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Ability to think strategically and execute
  • Proficient in the use of CRM software and sales analytics
