Assistant Restaurant Manager

Executive search firm, Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of one of the exclusive distributors of concessionaire wines and liquors. Our respected client is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager. This role will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Onsite work in Makati City, Tuesday to Saturday Key job responsibilities include:

• Job Description: Operations Manager
• Oversee day-to-day operations of a fine dining restaurant targeting business professionals.
• Manage marketing initiatives, including planning consumer promotions and handling Facebook, Instagram, and other social media postings.
• Coordinate with Restaurant Manager and kitchen team to ensure seamless operations.
• Introduce and present the menu to customers, occasionally taking orders.
• Directly report to the General Manager.
• Dotted-line management of the Restaurant Manager and Marketing Team.
• Work schedule: 5 pm to 1 am (8 hours, night shift, Tuesday to Saturday).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and implement solutions.

• Candidate with a friendly and positive personality.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
• Prior experience in hotel or fine dining restaurant operations, with a minimum of 1 year in a 5-star hotel.
• Open to candidates with a vocational course or undergraduate degree, given relevant industry experience.
