We have much room for improvement and many ideas that will further shape the industry.This position will be responsible for managing the communication channels of the business unit on: Facebook, Youtube, TikTok and other communication channels if needed:- Translate content from Vietnamese to Tagalog/ English- Write content for fanpages/ Facebook’s communities- Respond to comments, messages on all Marketing channels- Align with media partners to create effective Marketing Contents- Tracking performance of all Marketing channels
Responsibilities
- Breakdown KPIs assigned by CMO into plans and daily/ weekly targets for each marketing channel
- Translate and localize marketing content from Vietnamese to Tagalog / English
- Create content to post on Marketing channels
- Conduct Research on the PH market to identify trendy content and work with the rest of the marketing team to deliver effective contents
- Identify suitable influencers for the product and work with them to create suitable marketing content to promote the product
- Review contents created by influencers
- Track performance of influencers’ content and report effectiveness of content
- Manage comments/ inbox / interactions in Tagalog / English in all marketing / communications channels
- Other support where required
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in a relevant field
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Marketing Basic Knowledge: Understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Digital Marketing Skills: Proficiency in various digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO, content marketing, etc.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Creativity: Innovative thinking to develop engaging and effective marketing campaigns and content.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effectively conveying marketing messages to target audiences.
- Market Research: Experience in conducting market research to identify target demographics, understand consumer behavior, and assess market trends.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
