Your challenge: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an International Mobility Partner join our International Mobility team in Singapore. This person will be consulting business and People Functions regarding the execution and implementation of International Mobility/Global Rewards policies as well as manage a portfolio of cases across the business with a focus on moves into APAC. You will also act as a single point of coordination towards international assignees/transferees and their family members, E2E coordination of assignments and relocations, including the monitoring of all in- and outsourced services and activities. Furthermore, other responsibilities also include:- You will collaborate with our APAC HR and Talent Management colleagues to ensure the right people are assigned to the right place at the right time,
- You will work on multiple projects within the international mobility space with the aim of identifying new opportunities, developing state-of-the-art knowledge and expertise, optimizing and continuously improving processes, procedures and programs and transferring relevant knowledge to internal stakeholders
- You will be part of a global and dynamic International Mobility team, which is a Centre of Expertise (CoE) within Rewards. Rewards is a part of the broader HR organization in the Broader People organization .
- A degree-level education or equivalent experience in Global/International Mobility with a minimum experience of 10 -12 years
- strong relationship management skills, are customer focused and demonstrate strong commercial and business acumen and has experience working with various business leaders and the like
- Strong background in working with various Vendors and external partners and delivery of services
- Tax Experience is a plus but not required
- Experience in working with different cultures/countries
- Pro-active and adaptable
- Has a Go-get attitude, not afraid to get things done and manage challenging situations; can work autonomous/self-sufficient as this person “will be running her own shop”
