- Conduct quarterly monitoring/audit to make sure they are compliant with the policy and requirements.
- Review & approve all activities to be performed with Health Care Professionals, and Health Care Institutions to ensure compliance with the policy and Abbott requirements are met before proceeding with the activity.
- Review and approve samples reconciliation on quarterly basis.
- Review and approve Debit Notes to distributors.
- Review and approve all invoices before payment to ensure all pre and post event documentation are in place.
- Perform Denied Party Screening on all HCPs, HCIs and customers on quarterly basis.
- Perform market visit with team members to ensure activities and visits are done in the right way.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, pharma or related is the minimum requirement.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Internal audit experience or compliance reviews experience is a must.
- Working in a similar role– preferably in a large organization / multinational.
- Experience working in a pharmaceutical sector experience is advantageous.
