Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil) Nationality Any Nationality Any Vacancy 1 Vacancy Job Description

• Prepare the payment applications, variations, claims and submission to client with necessary backups and justifications
• Reviews and certifies sub contractor’s progress payments and final accounts in coordination with the project team.
• Reviews the Bill of Quantities prepared by estimation team and ensures that they are according to drawings and specifications.
• Review the contract agreements in line with Bahrain MOW & FIDIC conditions of contracts
• Prepare the price comparisons for subcontracting works.
• Advise on the financial, commercial and contractual matters.
• Assist the management for post tender commercial negotiations with client and vendors as well to reach competitive pricing.
• Prepare the variation claims and submission to client with necessary backups and justifications
• Prepare the project commercial reports and provide the details to cost control department.

Desired Candidate Profile Must have BS in Civil with minimum 6 to 10 years experience in Road Construction. Employment Type Full Time Company Industry
