Family Physician - House Officer - St. Paul's Hospital & Royal University HospitalJob DescriptionPosition Profile:

Two House Officers provide in-house coverage to all medicine in-patients at St. Paul's Hospital and Royal University Hospital between the hours of 1700-0800, 7 days per week

Consult support is received from specialists and sub-specialists

Compensation is $3,150 per 15 hour shift

Part time House Officer: 5-7 shifts of service per month

Casual House Officer: 3-4 shifts of service per month

Remuneration: $3,150 per night of service - 1700-0800 Hours (pro rated for partial shifts at a rate of $210 per hour) Job QualificationsCurrent Saskatchewan medical license with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan (CPSS).

Ability to obtain and maintain membership on the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) Practitioner Staff

Interest and experience in hospital-based medicine

Comfort with building collaborative working relationships with physicians and hospital staff
